Counterfeiting Ring?
Ok, reading this weeks Scribe, I came across an interesting passage in Random Acts of Kindness:
Last night in Shing Jea Monastery, a noble citizen by the name of Sister of Divinity alerted the authorities about a counterfeiting ring, enabling those in charge to put an end to certain nefarious activities. This quick action helped end a situation that could have had disastrous economic repercussions for all citizens. We are most grateful for this assistance, kind Sister! Anyone know of any counterfeiting, and what it actually means? |

I'm curoius about this too. How can you counterfeit anything in Guildwars? Pyrite drops?

this happened during Gaile visit. Sister of Divinity told gaile about the new bug that allowed the mods on bonus items to be salvage and then sold. See the logs of her recent visit for more details.
